Wrapper for Locotool is a simple software developed as a VB6 program that allows the user to drag and drop .dat (or .xml) files onto a frame.
Depending on which checkboxes the user has checked, various flavours (no breakdowns/no obsoletion/improved reliability) of the files will be generated and placed in a separate folder.
